266 and Counting..Cheshire 90 Foran 80.......story
In a streak that dates back to 1986, The Rams opened their season with their
266th consecutive dual meet victory, 90-80 over Foran-Milford.  Taylor Deubel
(200m freestyle), Maggie Ptaszynski (200 IM), Karen Novak (50 freestyle),
Bridget Carmichael (diving), Katherine Collins (100 butterfly), and Haley Payne
(100 freestyle) all gained individual wins.  The 200 medley relay team of Molly
Condron, Jessica Liu, Treviana Yavorek and Kelly Rosadino also won their
event.

Cheshire girls' swim and dive (7-0) wins 272nd dual-meet, 98-83 over Mercy.
Jennifer Tavares took the 100-yard butterfly (1:02.7) and opend the victorious
200-yard freestyle relay (Ally Barry, Stephanie Nguyen, Katie Collins; 1:45.89).
Jessica Liu (200-yard freestyle, 2:01.83) and Kelly Dolyak (500-yard freestyle,
5:29....23) also won. Cheshire faces host Sacred Heart Academy (at Wilbur Cross)
on Friday at 5 p.m.
